This 14,000 sq. ft. indoor club at 1400 N. Howard Street offers four USTA-sanctioned courts of varying sizes, tailored for players of all ages and skill levels. Our year-round programming includes kids' academies, adult classes, pickleball, and private lessons, all designed to foster growth and community. Q. What are the cancellation/refund policies?
A. Offer applies to service(s) and date(s) requested and cannot be applied to any other offers or programs. All sessions/packages have expiration dates. They may be found under your profile. No refund will be applied once sessions or packages are booked.
Q: If I need to cancel class, can I reschedule?
A: A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Court 16 will charge the full session price if the session is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice. You can cancel your session through the portal. As long as the cancellation is done with at least 24 hours' notice, you will be able to reschedule. If you cancel past this window, it will be considered a late cancellation. Please note that rescheduled sessions cannot be rescheduled again.
Q: Is Court 16 open for the holidays?
A: Court 16 will be closed in commemoration of the following holidays:
Labor Day 9/2/24
Thanksgiving Day 11/28/24
Christmas Day 12/25/24
New Years Day 1/1/25
Memorial Day 5/27/24
Q: What qualifications do Court 16 coaches have?
A: All of our coaches have received and benefited from the highest certification from the USPTR (Professional Tennis Registry) to coach our young tennis players.
