Riverside Clay Tennis
Surrounded by flower gardens and lush grass lawns, the Riverside Clay tennis courts are located right along the Hudson River in Morningside Heights and are the only outdoor red-clay pubic courts in the New York City and one of the very few in the nation. Two of the ten courts are available for advanced reservations of $15 per hour, online reservations are available for the following day and up to one week in advance. The other eight courts at the facility are not available for advance reservation or sign-up, but are available on a first-come/first-serve basis
These public courts red clay are located on the Hudson River, off the Hudson River Greenway (bike path), in Manhattan's Riverside Park at approximately 96th Street. The courts can be reached by bike or foot via the pedestrian tunnels that run underneath Westside Highway at 101st and 91st Streets.
